Radr
Be early.
We check finance firms' own career sites every 10–20 minutes and email you the moment a role matching your function, level and city goes up.
How it works
- Tell us what you want.Function, level and city. That's all we ask for.
- We watch the firms' own career sites.74 banks, trading firms and asset managers, each checked every 10–20 minutes.
- You get an email when something matches. The role, the firm, the location and the time we found it, with a link to apply on the firm's site. Nothing if nothing new.
Why early matters
Applications to a posting drop off within days of it going up, and the people who apply in that first window are more likely to hear back. A once-a-day alert can reach you almost a day after a role goes up. Radr emails you minutes after it appears, without you refreshing a hundred career pages.
A 2017 TalentWorks analysis found applicants in a posting's first four days were up to 8x more likely to get an interview. Research by Andrey Fradkin at Boston University (2025) found applications fall off within the first days after a posting goes up.

Questions
- Do you apply for me?
- No. Radr tells you a role exists. You apply on the firm's own site.
- Where do the jobs come from?
- Straight from each firm's career site, not from job boards or aggregators.
- Why is there no job list on this site?
- Radr is an email, not another feed to check. Your settings live here; the roles come to you.
- How fast is it?
- Each firm's site is checked every 10–20 minutes, and a match is emailed in the same check that finds it. Roles found between 11pm and 6am New York time wait until morning.
- Will I get too many emails?
- At most one per check, and only when something new matches. If you'd rather have one summary at 7am, you can choose that in your settings.
- Do you need my resume?
- No. Just your email address and what you're looking for.
- Can I change or stop the emails?
- Yes. Sign in to change your settings, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
